Refund Policy

Here at KC Mobility Scooter Rentals, We try to keep things simple:

- If you cancel a mobility Scooter Rental more than 72 Hours before delivery date there is no charge.

- If you cancel less than 72 Hours before delivery date, but before delivery of the rental, there is a $35 Charge.

- Early Returns: Once a rental item has been delivered to the Renter, no partial or full refunds will be issued for early returns, regardless of the reason for the early return. The Renter is responsible for the full rental period as agreed upon in the rental agreement.
